The TLS is the only literary weekly – in fact the only journal – to offer comprehensive coverage not just of the latest and most important publications, in every subject, in several languages – but also current theatre, opera, exhibitions and film. The TLS’s authority is acknowledged world-wide and its approach is world-wide, too.

New Electronic Resource: E-UNWTO: World Tourism Organization Virtual Library

IE Business School Library has added a new electronic resource to Business Virtual Library. It can be accessed through the following path:

Virtual Library > Electronic Resources > Business > Academic Journals: E-UNWTO: World Toursim Organization Virtual Library.

The E-UNWTO is a fully cross-searchable interactive database offering a vast number of high-quality UNWTO publications including books, journals, and statistics in their respective languages.

New web 2.0 resource: IE Library Social Network

IE Library launches a new web 2.0 resource: IE Library Social Network 

IE Library has designed its own social network for the creation and exchange of knowledge and information within the academic community. This social network, devoted to learning and research, is an extension of IE Library and contributes to the development of university 2.0. Services can be found within this social network as: IE Library search box and IE Library Top Links to search our tools or to access IE Library’s most popular resources, customized groups by schools and academic programs, multimedia archive, podcast service, RSS service, user training through blog post, forum, etc.

Nuevo recurso web 2.0: Red Social de la Biblioteca IE

La Biblioteca IE lanza un nuevo recurso web 2.0: Red Social de la Biblioteca IE.  La Biblioteca IE desarrolla y gestiona una red social para la creación y el intercambio de información y conocimiento en el seno de la comunidad académica. Esta iniciativa se inscribe dentro de la labor que la biblioteca lleva a cabo como centro de recursos para el aprendizaje y la investigación y del desarrollo de la universidad 2.0.

Los servicios que se pueden encontrar dentro de ésta red social son: búsquedas en los fondos de la Biblioteca IE, personalización de grupos para facultades y programas académicos, repositorio multimedia, servicio de podcast, servicio de RSS, formación de usuarios a través de los post del blog, foros, etc.
