IE Library has participated at OCLC Council Meeting

oclcIE Library has participated as a speaker in the EMEA Regional Council Meeting 2015 , organized by OCLC, the global library cooperative, and held in Florence, Italy. The topic of the conference was: The Art of Invention. Culture, technology and user engagement in the digital age.

IE Library presented the experience on the implementation of the integrated system  management “web scaled” that is implementing: WorldShare Management Services (WMS), during the speech: “OCLC – Embracing changes IE experience with WorldShare Management Services”

 The Meeting provides an opportunity for member libraries from around the world to explore the trends that are shaping the future of libraries. To encourage those conversations, OCLC assembles a programme of speakers that are among the thought leaders in their chosen fields.

La Biblioteca IE ha participado en el Council Meeting de OCLC 

La Biblioteca IE ha participado como ponente en el  EMEA Regional Council Meeting 2015 organizado por OCLC, la mayor cooperativa global de bibliotecas, y que tuvo lugar en Florencia, Italia. El tema de la conferencia  fue: The Art of Invention. Culture, technology and user engagement in the digital age.

Biblioteca IE presentó su experiencia en torno al sistema de gestión  integrado “escalado en web” que está implementando, WorldShare Management Services (WMS), en  su ponencia: “OCLC – Embracing changes IE experience with WorldShare Management Services” 

Este Meeting supone una oportunidad para las bibliotecas miembro de todo el  mundo, de explorar las tendencias que están dando forma al futuro de las bibliotecas. Para animar los temas de debate, OCLC elabora un programa de ponentes que se encuentran entre los líderes de opinión en su campo.
