libraryIE Library has participated at LIBER 42nd Annual Conference “Research Information Infrastructures and the Future Role of Libraries”, with the paper Sustainability and Academic Libraries in Spain: REBIUN Report. IE Library is member of LIBER (Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche – Association of European Research Libraries) , the main network for research libraries in Europe.

LIBER comprises more than 400 national, university and other libraries from more than 40 countries. LIBER’s network is not restricted to the area of the European Union and the participation of European research libraries outside the European Union is widely encouraged.

As a member, IE Library aims are to contribute with our work, knowledge and experience, with the main areas of LIBER strategic plan:

  1. Scholarly Communication & Research Infrastructures
  2. Reshaping the research library
  3. Advocacy and Communications

La Biblioteca IE ha participado en la 42 Conferencia Anual de LIBER

La Biblioteca IE ha participado en la 42 Conferencia Annual de LIBER “Research Information Infrastructures and the Future Role of Libraries”, con el paper Sustainability and Academic Libraries in Spain: REBIUN Report. La Conferecia tuvo lugar en el  Kardinal-Wendel-Haus de Munich, en junio 213. Más información: Abstract & Profile.

La Biblioteca IE, es miembro de LIBER (Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche – Association of European Research Libraries) , red principal de bibliotecas de investigación en Europa.

LIBER comprende más de 400 bibliotecas nacionales, universitarias y de otra índole, de más de 40 países. La red de trabajo de LIBER no está restringida solo a la Unión Europea, la participación de bibliotecas de investigación europea de fuera de la UE se encuentra extensamente promovido.

Como miembro, el objetivo de la Biblioteca IE es el de contribuir con nuestro trabajo, conocimiento y experiencia, con las principales áreas del plan estratégico de LIBER:

  1. Comunicación Académica e Infraestructuras de Investigación
  2. Remodelación de Bibliotecas de investigación
  3. Promoción y Comunicaciones
