An accomplished business development professional with 19 years experience in setting up and running companies in Poland and Romania and now Spain. Directly responsible for creating and directing two service companies from inception to profit stage  Led and coached international sales and management consulting teams to achieve best in class results recognized world-wide. Seasoned presenter receiving 1st place awards in conferences across Central Europe. Constant desire to help senior leaders, and fast track managers to refine their leadership capacity to achieve more than they believed possible.
